Activity Preparation
- Note: Students may create aquifers individually or in groups.
- Before starting this project with your class, mix a small amount of food coloring with water in a watering can, or “rain-maker” bottle with holes in the lid. You may need to repeat this several times depending on the class size. Add enough food coloring so that the color can be seen.
